Imaged the Orion Nebula looking for proplyds. Picked up a few although they are only a few pixels in size. Used the equi-dob mount. 5 second image EDC-1000 CCD 8" f/6 Orion DSE.

A few co-workers came over and we did a little ovserving and a played with a little plasma. Recreated an electrical version of Comet Hale-Bobb's jets and ion tail inside a light bulb. It was most interesting! (I only got zapped once!)
